Monthly Dinner Meetings

Monthly meetings are a great time to network with your peers, hear presentations from experts in the field, and earn your CEHs.

Dinner meetings are held the last Tuesday of each month and funded by ISM-Baton Rouge. (No meetings in August and November.)

Please RSVP by the deadline in your email invitation each month.  As purchasing professionals we can all appreciate the importance of being good financial stewards for our organization.  An accurate headcount each month allows us the ability to continue providing dinners funded by ISM-Baton Rouge.

Annual Golf Tournament

Each year in May we host a Golf Tournament fundraiser to help support the activities of the organization and promote education and growth in the field.

There are hole and tent sponsorships available, morning and afternoon rounds of golf for up to 35 teams of four in each round, and a steak dinner to finish off the day.

We would love for you to join us in 2017 at our 58th annual event!

Mentorship Program

ISM-Baton Rouge is committed to providing resources for professionals in the field of Supply Chain Management. In 2015 we established the Mentorship Program.  We have a committee that matches candidates for success in whatever their goals may be when joining the program.

The program can be beneficial to anyone that is needing or wanting guidance at any level.  Mentees can be students entering the workforce and looking for the best industry fit, or for seasoned professionals working on a specific project or making a change in industry or area of category management.
