- Think about current project challenges that you can share with the group. There may be someone else with a similar issue or someone with a great idea for resolving it.
- Think about recent successes in your supply chain/procurement role that could possibly help others.
- Some topics of interest might be Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Supplier Relationships, KPIs/Analytics/Forecasting, a tons of others…
